Best natural shampoo 2012

Now there wasn’t just one – but rather a series of products that, while had their differences, were all equally as effective and wonderful. As a result, I’ve separated them into categories instead of a numerical “list”.

Specialty shampoos are available for people with dandruff , color-treated hair, gluten or wheat allergies, an interest in using an "all-natural", " organic ", " botanical " or "plant-derived" product, and infants and young children ("baby shampoo" is less irritating). There are also shampoos intended for animals that may contain insecticides or other medications to treat skin conditions or parasite infestations such as fleas.

Give your shampoo bottle a quick shake before you lather it on your tresses. Human Nature uses natural emulsifiers that prevent the ingredients in our shampoos from separating, and after a certain period of time, the natural oils settle on top of the water and solid ingredients. So don’t forget to shake it to make sure you get all the good stuff in there mixed well!

One recipe lasts our family of four 3-4 weeks and rings in at about $ per batch. I still prefer to use a separate conditioner afterward, but my husband and my kids find that it conditions sufficiently all by itself.

Some days, I just don’t have time to wash my hair, you know? That’s supposed to be good for it; a lot of experts say you shouldn’t wash your hair every day. But do you ever have those days where your hair looks and feels greasy and grungy, but you still have no time or desire to wash it? Yeah. I have those lots, and Umberto is one of the only dry shampoos. I’ve ever tried that actually leaves my hair looking as good as it does when I was it.

Hey Elaine D! I know what you mean about your scalp needing cleansing before your hair does. Thanks for sharing your technique :)

Eight months ago I decided to try a radical experiment in  natural hair care: I ditched the shampoo . It was a bit like jumping off a cliff (and I’m so  not  a fan of heights) but I decided that there was nothing to lose, so I jumped. And four months later as I look back, I realize that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Four months in to No Shampoo (often called “No-Poo” on the web) and my hair is so healthy that I have decided to make my experiment permanent: I will never go back to shampoo.

So without any further delays lets get started. For making this all natural hair shampoo or cleanser you will need Reetha also known as Soapnut and Shikakai also known as Acacia concinna. I am sure most of you the benefits of these two but still let me write down a few of them

I would recommend loreal absolute repair..it really worked well on my hair..and yes I have the same hair type..dry ends and oily scalp!! and for split ends, you need to get a hair cut 🙂

It’s simple. No one cares more about your pocket book or your hair than you. That’s why you’re here. That’s why you want to make your own shampoo. And that’s why you want to make more of your own products. So do we!
